The client wished to explore converting a site warehouse into a visionary “industrial-chic” grand entrance hall and open plan office space. The remit was to emulate a resurrected classic industrial brick building and bring it into modern stylish environs using the existing infrastructure with additional modifications to roofing, flooring etc to make a jaw-dropping and welcoming new site factory entrance. Additionally, it would provide changing and washing facilities for all staff, multiple trade entrances for varying security levels, and combine multiple floors and open spaces to give the impression of space and grandeur.
We have progressed this project through the RIBA Process to tender level, and conceptualised what the development could look like with staff flow paths (pictured) and renders of the work space (also pictured).
